U.S. Virgin Islands' Destination Symposium Kicks Off

ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin IslandsTravel Agent is on site at the 16th Annual U.S. Virgin Islands Destination Symposium. The biggest news so far is that the U.S Virgin Islands will get Delta Air Lines flights to St. Thomas out of Atlanta beginning in mid-December. Those flights will be four times a week. Delta will also be bumping its flights from New York to St. Thomas to seven times a week begging in mid-November. American Airlines will also be flying out of Miami 10 times a week to St. Croix beginning in mid-November. This is great news for the destination considering that is reporting an 11-percent dip in arrivals to date from this time last year.
