Members of HERE Local 5 this weekend voted to ratify a new contract with Benchmark Hospitality, which manages the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. Acceptance of the contract brings to an end years of negotiation; under its terms the union also is withdrawing the consumer-boycott campaign it launched.
