United Vacations has upgraded its online booking engine to provide retailers with the ability to assess service fees and adjust commission levels. Travel agents who use the VAX VacationAccess system can make use of the "Set Your Own Commission" tool to display adjustments as a separate line item listed as agency fee, or bundle the amount into the total vacation price. Agents also have access to training materials and Webex sessions. Additionally, the operator has added more than 150 cities within the U.S. and in Europe to the system.
