Vacation.com has named Sue Urie its new business development manager for Western Canada and Craig Collins the organization's new director of call center operations, according to spokespeople. In his new role, Collins will oversee membership services and Vacation.com's CruiseCenter in Alexandria, VA. The company has also tweaked the roles of several members of its management team. John Lovell will shift from VP of Sales to VP of Supplier Relations, officials said. Meanwhile, Jared Braunstein, formerly eastern regional vice president, has been promoted to vice president of sales. He will oversee all sales activities through the U.S. and Canada. Vacation.com's moves follow the installation of new President and Chief Executive Officer Steve Tracas earlier this year.
