Vacation.com has launched a redesigned version of its member training website, the Agent Advancement Center (AAC). The move improves navigation and overall content organization on the site designed enhance its members’ online experience. Vacation.com also reports 10,000 training interactions annually.
The AAC is where member agents can learn about all of Vacation.com’s exclusive programs, products, and Preferred Suppliers as well as relevant industry and business topics. The members-only site includes virtual classes, live training events, on-demand tutorials, and downloadable documentation - all available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“With so much valuable information on the AAC, it was imperative that members could quickly and easily access content,” said Bernadette Stark, Vacation.com’s director of conference, event planning and training.
New features on the enhanced AAC site include categorization of programs by topic and by brand, an integrated training calendar with upcoming classes and sessions, and a new search feature to take members directly to a specified training resource.
