VAX VacationAccess reports enhancements to the VAX VacationAccess platform for its 100,000 plus travel agent users, all designed to increase agent productivity, support increased content and improve the agent user experience.

Providing them with even more tools, content and information to research, market and sell leisure travel in one easy-to-use platform helps them to improve productivity and be more successful.”
Among the agent friendly changes are improved navigation to make it more intuitive for agents, including the addition of drop down menus for quicker access to the most popular pages. An Agent Resources tab has been added to more easily provide agents with important information.
Agents will be able to quickly find new suppliers, new niche showcases and updated destination content, VAX says. Future enhancements and new suppliers will be highlighted within this section of the site. The recently launched Gay Travel Showcase is already included and a new Romance Showcase and updated domestic destination information will be added.
A Sales and Marketing tab has been added that will give agents easy access to new and existing selling tools like brochures, images and marketing templates for their preferred suppliers. The Virtual University now features a live training calendar that enables agents to easily find all upcoming training events, VAX says.
Enhancements to the check-out page have improved the frequent flyer information process and allow for a customer mobile phone number.
