Disney Cruise Line Decorates for Holiday Season

Disney Cruise Line is decking out its ships, and its private island, in preparation for the holiday season. Beginning with its Oct. 27 and 28 sailings, children will have the opportunity to take part in Halloween fun with trick-or-treat trails, while adults can dress up for costume parties. For Thanksgiving, guests will enjoy traditional Thanksgiving feasts, while Disney characters don their Thanksgiving costumes. Disney's private island, Castaway Cay, will also be transformed into a winter wonderland, with generated snow flurries, Christmas trees and festive lights. Guests wishing to spend Christmas with Disney Cruise Line can book a seven-night eastern Caribbean cruise beginning December 22, or a four-night Bahamian cruise departing December 23.
