Globus Brands Enhances Participation in Tripology

Tripology announced that the Globus family of brands is enhancing its participation in the online travel referral service’s Travel Industry Supporter Program to include Cosmos and Monograms in addition to Globus and Avalon Waterways, "industry supporters" since the program’s founding.  As part of the program, all brands of the Globus family will reimburse Tripologists for each lead they purchase from Tripology that result in a booking.

"The successful launch of the Globus and Avalon brands as part of Tripology's Travel Industry Supplier Program prompted us to add the Cosmos and Monograms brands as an additional benefit for our travel agent partners," said Larry McCarthy, director of national accounts for the Globus family of brands. "Having our brands participate in the program is a valuable way of helping stretch agents' marketing dollars and further demonstrates our time-honored commitment to the agent community."

"We are thrilled to add these Globus brands at the request of our Tripologists," said Veronique Deblois, vice president of Travel Trade Sales and Marketing for Tripology. "Adding Cosmos and Monograms to our ever-growing range of Travel Industry Supporters offers our travel specialists the opportunity to maximize their marketing spend and get compensated for some of their leads from these two high-demand, new supplier options."

The addition of Cosmos opens up all the possibilities for smart, practical travelers with packages that combine the benefits of group and independent travel at an unmatched value. Monograms is an ideal option for the first time a traveler visits major cities. These vacations feature independent travel with hassle-free arrangements where Local Hosts help maximize travelers' freedom and fun, Tripology notes.

Tripology's Travel Industry Supplier Program serves both the company's travel specialists, known as Tripologists, and for travel industry providers. For travel specialists, the new program offers the opportunity to garner free lead credits for bookings made with participating industry supporters.  Industry supporters gain exposure to new clients via Tripology's 13,000 registered travel specialists, marketing opportunities towards the agent community, dedicated relationship manager, and more. has been appropriately designed to be simple for specialists to join and use whenever they seek incremental business.  The site's user-friendly interface and tools help ensure the success of the travel specialists.  Plus, registration is free; there are no membership fees and no minimum purchase is necessary.  Specialists only purchase the leads they want.
