As part of its "Travel Agents First" campaign, GOGO Vacations has launched the new GOGO Care commissionable bundle of services and perks, including 60 minutes of personalized concierge service.
Priced at $35 per adult and fully commissionable to agents, the included package perks are valued at over $200 per person and include:
GOGO Personal Concierge: 60 minutes of engagement with a member of the GOGO Personal Concierge team. From dinner recommendations and reservations, helping travelers find a way out of a traffic jam, sourcing a hard-to-get bottle of wine at their vacation destination, to help with making local pet sitting arrangements, a group of professional concierges are at clients’ disposal before, during and after the trip. Each person gets an hour of time (so a party of four would get 240 minutes), which can be used on as many occasions as they wish until the allotment is depleted. The GOGO Personal Concierge team, which can be reached via text, phone, email or mobile app, sends details and confirmation via phone, text, and/or email (per the traveler’s preference), with all of the links they used to source the recommendations.
Future Booking Credit: A $50 per person credit towards the traveler’s next vacation
Complimentary Revision Fees: Normally priced at $25 per change, this inclusion covers clients and gives them the flexibility to make updates as needed without incurring additional expenses.
24/7 U.S.-Based Support: GOGO’s support team is available around the clock, based in the United States and part of the company.
Upgraded Documentation: A bound book, personalized with the clients' names on it, that includes their itinerary, pages for notes, travel tips, destination information, future travel credit and more. The documents come in a black keepsake travel accessory pouch, designed to take along on the trip, with a slot for the room key on the interior and a strap to make it easy to tote along by wrist. Also included are new upgraded luggage tags. Delivered 30 days before departure in what looks like a mini, vintage suitcase, the package can be sent to the agent or client and includes trackable shipping (making it turnkey to follow up with the client upon receipt).
Music to Your Ears: All clients receive earbuds in a carrying case to take along with them on vacation so that they don’t have to buy any on the plane or risk getting sand or water damage to their good pair on the beach or by the pool.
GOGO Care can be added to all future and past bookings and is fully commissionable to travel agents at their tiered engagement level within Travel Agents First. If added, it must be purchased for all adults on the booking. GOGO Care is available in GOGO Vacation’s sister brands, Worldwide Traveler (as Worldwide Traveler Care) and GO Groups.
