On the Big Island, clients can go with chef Daniel Thiebaut on a personal tour of Kekela Farm, where they’ll pick fruits and vegetables and then head to the restaurant and cook their own dishes, side-by-side with Thiebaut. On Maui, chef Beverly Gannon takes participants through the gardens of Ali’i Kula Lavender, touring sugar cane and lavender fields and ending at Gannon’s home, where they’ll prepare a feast in her kitchen.
