Holland America Line has put together a brochure for travel agents specifically designed to enhance group business. The 36-page pamphlet entitled, "Developing Group Business," includes information on how travel agents can effectively sell groups, a lucrative market in the cruise industry. "Groups are one of the most effective ways for travel agents to increase their revenues," said Tracey Kelly, vice president of sales for Holland America.
