Insight Vacations has announced a new lineup of options for travelers looking to visit Christmas markets in Europe from its 2016-17 Fall Winter, Spring collection and Signature Hallmarks.
The collection includes four dedicated Christmas Markets Regional Journeys and eight additional tours that visit multiple markets along the way.

Christmas Markets of Austria & Bavaria
This nine-day Regional Journey weaves through Austria and Germany, taking guests first to visit Vienna’s Habsburg empire with a private tour of Maria Theresa’s Schönbrunn Palace. The Christmas Markets experience also kicks off here, as guests meet with a stallholder and enjoy an authentic Viennese winter dessert paired with a glass of traditional glϋhwein. Christmas Markets of Poland, Prague & Germany
Travelers on this nine-day journey through Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany begin by visiting Krawków’s Cloth Hall and browsing the stalls of the Christmas Market, with the chance to check out roasted chestnuts, traditional oscypek cheese with cranberries, handmade trinkets, and carol singers. Touring with a Local Expert, the views from Prague Castle give way to the decorated Old Town Square with its giant Christmas tree draped in twinkling lights and surrounded by decorative wooden stalls.
