Kensington Tours Expands Its Voyages Itineraries

Kensington Tours has expanded its "Voyages by Kensington Tours" offerings with several new itineraries. Along these lines, Kensington has also added to its team with several new cruise experts who are specifically dedicated to planning Voyages trips.

Pairing the client’s cruise of choice with private guided land-based experiences, the new Voyages itineraries include ocean cruises with partners such as Atlas Ocean Voyages, Celebrity Cruises, Explora Journeys, Seabourn and Silversea to European destinations including England, Scotland, Ireland, Portugal, the Netherlands and France.

The new itineraries include:

  • "London and Dublin Highlights & Sailing the Emerald Isles on Atlas Ocean Voyages:" From London to Dublin in May 2024, this trip extends the eight-day cruise by five days with pre- and post-sailing opportunities to spend time in London prior to embarkation and in Dublin on the other side. 
  • "Dutch Delights & Sailing the British Isles with Celebrity:" This May 2024 sailing aboard Celebrity Silhouette begins and ends in the Netherlands with stops in Liverpool, Cork, Belfast as well as Glasgow. There are also options for experiences in Amsterdam with an extra four days before or after the journey.
  • "London and Hamburg Discovery & Sailing the Kiel Canal:" This itinerary combines 11 days at sea aboard the Seaborn Ovation and port stops in Dover, Antwerp, Sweden, Norway and Denmark with six days on land in London and Germany
  • "London Exclusive & Cruising the British Isles with Silversea:" The 10-day roundtrip cruise from Southampton with stops in Wales, Dublin, Newcastle, Plymouth and Kirkham is bookmarked with opportunities to explore the port town’s art museum and interactive Titanic Museum before heading to London for shopping, more art and myriad sightseeing options to choose from. 
  • "Best of Lisbon & London – Cruising from Western to Northern Europe:" This 14-day trip August 2024 trip begins in Lisbon traveling to Porto, Bordeaux and Normandy with excursions on both sides of the journey with an extra four days on land. 

Pairing the cruise portion of the trip with more immersive land experiences are several customizable options in or near the port cities including:

  • London: A Destination Expert will curate pre- or post-experiences in London that include everything from a walking tour of Shakespeare’s London to a trip up the London Eye. For those interested in the Monarchy, there are options to explore the royal palaces of Hampton Court and Windsor, Elizabeth II’s favorite haunt, as well as tours of St. Paul’s Cathedral, Buckingham Palace and other landmarks.
