Swain Tours has rejoined the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA). The company, previously a member of the association, sought to rejoin USTOA as soon as the organization's bylaws permitted. Swain Tours' ties to USTOA date to 1999; Ian Swain repurchased the Ardmore, PA-based operator in July.
