American and Sabre Come to Terms

American Airlines and Sabre Holdings have called an end to their long-simmering standoff, agreeing to a five-year contract that makes the GDS provider's Efficient Access Solution one of the airline's preferred distribution methods. The agreement affords agents enrolled in Sabre's EAS program protection from the $3.50 per segment fee and guarantees them full AA content.
