American Updates Menus on Japan Routes

Travelers heading to Japan in the carrier's first and business classes will be greeted beginning Nov. 1 with revamped menus providing new choices of Japanese and Western cuisine. The new dishes debuted on flights from Japan to the U.S. on September 1. The carrier tapped employees and worked with chefs from Gate Gourmet International on the new menus. Visit [www.aa.com].
