Delta Sets Court Date

Lawyers for Delta Air Lines on Wednesday scheduled a Feb. 7 hearing in bankruptcy court. The hearing is to review the disclosure statement to the carrier's reorganization plan, which includes details on the carrier's operations, the AP reported. If approved, Delta can begin voting on the reorganization plan.
