Enterprise Rent-A-Car and AMEX Partnership Benefits Travel Agents

Travel agents will be in position to reap further rewards now, due to a new partnership between Enterprise Rent-A-Car and American Express, which offers special travel agent promotions. Travel agents enlisting in Enterprise's Travel Agent Plus Program, launched this year, will be authorized to receive a $5 American Express-branded award card for each qualified rental. The program's web site is specifically designed for travel agents, enabling them to set their own rate and commission structure, maintain client lists, archive booking histories and client preferences, and receive special rates and other promotional offers. "We believe that this latest promotion benefits both companies, as well as travel agents and customers alike," said Ron Cerko, CTIE, vice president of travel industry relations for Enterprise.
