U.S. travelers heading to Europe this September and October can take advantage of a new, free one-car class upgrade promotion from Hertz. The free one car-class upgrade offer is valid on a minimum one-day rental of any Compact through Intermediate vehicle at participating locations in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Reservations must be made by Sept. 30 and vehicles must be picked up between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31. Agents can make reservations online at [www.hertz.com], where they must click on the "Quote It" button for the Promotion Coupon PC# 989063 to be added to their client's reservation.
