Jetstar Launches Hawaii Service

Jetstar on Wednesday began scheduled service between Australia and Hawaii. First out of the gates was the thrice-weekly Sydney-Honolulu nonstop; it will be followed December 29 by the start of twice-weekly Melbourne-Honolulu service.
