LAN Airlines Launches LAX, JFK Flights to Chile

As of June 2, LAN Airlines will begin nonstop operation between John F. Kennedy International airport in New York and the Los Angeles International Airport to Santiago, Chile, in addition to its services to Buenos Aires and other Argentinean destinations including Cordoba, Mendoza, and Rosario, among others. LAN Airlines will operate three nonstop flights per week between New York and Santiago, which complement the existing six frequencies between Santiago and JFK via Lima, Peru. The airline will operate five weekly nonstop flights between Los Angeles and Santiago, joining the two existing weekly operations between the two cities via Lima.
