Orient-Express Launches Bellini Club For Agents

On Feb. 13, Orient-Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises unveiled The Bellini Club to 100 top retail agents at Charleston Place Hotel. The invitation-only club rewards top producers and allows Orient-Express to get feedback on its products. Benefits for Bellini Club members include attendance to an annual meeting with all general managers as well as access to an online tool to customize brochures for clients with their itinerary, photos and service options. Agents will also have priority for wait lists, a dedicated club secretary and central reservations help desk, an enhanced commission structure, Bellini Club fam trips, staff training sessions and special rates for members and their immediate family.
