Plane Order by NetJets Europe

NetJets Europe placed a $1.1 billion order for 24 Dassault Falcon 7X jets, the largest business jet order in European history, The New York Times reports. The 24 aircraft will be delivered over six years, starting in 2008. The wide body Falcon 7X has a range of nearly 6,000 miles. NetJets Europe, a subsidiary of the fractional-share business jet company NetJets, has been aggressively pursuing business-jet sales in Europe, where it has 1,200 customers and 100 aircraft, up from 89 customers and 14 aircraft in 2002.
