Rail Europe Announces New Eastern Europe Products, Agent Discounts

Rail Europe Group last week announced several new Central and Eastern Europe products. Among the new FIT programs from Avanti Destinations are Llubljana, Slovenia, and Plitvice Lakes, Croatia; in Austria, the company has introduced a three-night "In Mozart's Footsteps" program visiting Vienna and Salzburg in celebration of the 250th anniversary of Mozart's birth. New railpasses include the Germany-Austria Pass, providing five to eight days of rail travel within a two-month time frame; and the Poland Railpass, with five to 15 days of rail travel within one month. In addition, Rail Europe announced that it has made 12 new railpasses available at a 75 percent agent discount. They are Austria/Slovenia-Croatia, Romania-Hungary, Hungary-Slovenia/Croatia, Germany-Benelux, Germany-Denmark, Benelux-France, France-Germany, Germany-Austria, Hungary, Romania, Sweden and Norway.
