Silverjet Delays Second Set of New York-London Flights

Additional maintenance work has delayed Monday's launch of Silverjet's planned services between Newark International Airport in New Jersey and London Luton until September 20. The all-business class carrier said passengers who have booked flights on the delayed second service would be offered seats on the current Silverjet service or a full refund. Since summer tends to be quiet time for business travelers, Silverjet CEO Lawrence Hunt said he hoped that the timing would reduce the disruption to customers. Visit [www.silverjet.com].
