Strike to Disrupt Brussels Airlines Flights Next Week

Unions representing pilots for Brussels Airlines have called a strike that could disrupt flights in Europe on two days next week: Monday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 16. 

In its latest statement on the situation, Brussels Airlines reported that it will be cancelling part of its flight schedule on both of those days due to the strike. Regardless of whether their flight is cancelled or not, passengers scheduled to fly on those days can either rebook at no extra charge to a later date before June 30, or opt for a full refund of their ticket. 

Here is a list of flights that will be operated on both days:

United Airlines, which is one of Brussels Airlines’ partners, has also issued a change waiver. Customers scheduled to fly to, from or through Brussels May 13 - 16 can rebook through May 24 so long as the travel is in the originally ticketed cabin between the original city pair.
