Vacation Express Announces New Flights to Cancun and Punta Cana

Vacation Express has announced its new seasonal, nonstop itineraries from John Glenn Columbus International Airport in Ohio to Cancun and Punta Cana.

Weekly service to Cancun is currently available every Sunday through August 6, 2017 and flights to Punta Cana are available now to August 7, 2017.

The six-night trips aims to cater to travelers looking for an affordable vacation, Vacation Express said. Travelers from Columbus and the surrounding areas will also be able to take advantage of deals on roundtrip airfare and all-inclusive bundles that combine air with a hotel stay.

Also, Vacation Express' non-stop flights to Cancun are operated by VivaAerobus on A320 series aircraft and flights to Punta Cana are operated by Swift Air, LLC on a Boeing 737 aircraft. The flights allow travelers a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage and snack. Guests are also permitted one free carry-on bag, as well as the option to upgrade. Upgrades start at $20 for Preferred Seating or Elite Plus for $39 each way and can bundle options which include checked luggage for the best value.

Additionally, travelers can purchase round-trip airfare by booking six-night packages with air and staying at all-inclusive resorts. Prices start at $849 in Cancun and $799 in Punta Cana. Families with children under 12 can also stay free at some resorts.
