Virgin Charter, a full service online booking tool for  charter flights on private jets, reports it has become the first private jet provider for JG Black Book of Travel.  The partnership allows Virgin Charter to be part of the high end collection of travel services that JG Black Book of Travel presents to the luxury travel  market.
