Virgin Reveals New Upper-Class Cabin

Virgin Atlantic Airways revealed its newly redesigned Upper Class Cabin, which incorporates larger seating, Swarovski crystal curtains and the longest bar in the sky, which can accommodate eight passengers.

After four and a half years and $161 million invested in the new cabin, Virgin has created a website dedicated to giving passengers a fully immersive virtual tour.

PlaneView
is a virtual showroom with links to more than 40 interactive YouTube videos which show in detail, every aspect of the aircraft in a 3D environment.

The new Upper Class Suite features an 87-inch bed surface, longer than any other airline business class bed.  Seats are one and a half inch wider than  before and recline up to 50 percent more.

Virgin also built a new 10,000 square feet Clubhouse to open airside at New York's JFK airport.
