Windstar Adds Home-to-Cruise Luggage Forwarding Service

Passengers will no longer need to maneuver their luggage from their home, through the airport and to their cruise with Windstar Cruises’ latest partnership. Luggage Forward will now offer to pick up guests’ belongings from their house, send them directly to their room on the ship and return them back home again.

In business for over a decade, Luggage Forward offers service to 200 countries and territories. The company handles all the necessary customs paperwork and provides real-time tracking of customers’ luggage. Its services may be booked online or by calling. Luggage Forward guarantees on-time arrival, offering money back and $500 compensation if it is late.

Luggage Forward is a door-to-door luggage shipping service. Its founders began work on the company in 2004 and started acquiring other similar groups in 2009. Since then Luggage Forward has purchased eight brands, gathering together almost 60 years of experience in the industry.

Windstar Cruises offers six small sailing and all-suite ships. Its ships hold between 148 and 310 passengers. The cruise line provides travel to ports in almost 80 countries. These destinations include locations in Europe, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, the Panama Canal, Tahiti, Asia, Alaska, British Columbia, Canada and New England. Windstar Cruises is also a part of the Xanterra Travel Collection.
