Wright Travel, which is headquartered in Nashville, TN, has purchased Village Traveler in Youngstown, Ohio. The purchase of Village Traveler will add about $8 million in business to Wright Travel’s annual sales, the company reports. The Ohio agency has a customer list of long-term corporate, leisure, and group business.

"Wright Travel is thrilled to have this new location. We pursued the purchase of Village Traveler because of its reputation for great customer service, exceptional staff, and its client list of long-term customers," Pam Wright, president of Wright Travel said. The Youngstown, Ohio agency offers Concur as its online booking tool, as does Wright Travel. The Ohio agency also offers nuTravel as an alternative booking online booking system, which Wright Travel will now offer as well. The Ohio agency will change its name to Wright Travel in the near future.
