| Gavin Baiera |
Travelport, a provider of transaction processing for the global travel industry, has appointed Gavin Baiera and Richard Buccarelli to its board of directors.
“Both executives have extensive international management experience and strong track records in their respective fields,” said Jeff Clarke, executive chairman of Travelport.
Gavin Baiera is currently a managing director at Angelo, Gordon & Co, L.P., a privately-held registered investment advisor, which manages about $23 billion. Prior to joining Angelo Gordon, Baiera served as co-head of the strategic finance group at Morgan Stanley. Baiera began his career at General Electric Capital Corporation in their financial management program.

| Richard Buccarelli |
Richard Buccarelli is currently a managing director at JPMorgan Chase where he heads up the general services. Prior to this positon Buccarelli held several senior roles in both operations and mergers and acquisitions at Precision Partners Holding Company, an integrated provider of precision manufacturing and engineering services with sales of approximately $430 million. He has also held senior executive posts at a number of high profile US and international corporations and private practice law firms.
