Universal Orlando Resort unveiled the variety of new food and beverage choices which will be available in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley when it opens this summer at the Universal Studios theme park. The new dining options include traditional British dishes like Bangers and Mash as well as unique flavored ice creams such as Chocolate Chili and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
Guests can choose from Bangers and Mash, Fisherman’s Pie, Toad in the Hole, Fish and Chips and the Ploughman’s at Diagon Alley’s the Leaky Cauldron. Visitors can enjoy draught beers like Wizard’s Brew and Dragon Scale created specifically for the land along with drinks like Fishy Green Ale and Tongue Tying Lemon Squash.

In Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour, guests can indulge in more than 20 unique ice-cream flavors including Earl Grey and Lavender, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Chili, Clotted Cream, Salted Caramel Blondie, Apple Crumble, Strawberry and Peanut-Butter, Orange Marmalade and even a soft-serve ice-cream flavor of Butterbeer.
Guests can also enjoy elixirs from Eternelle’s Elixir of Refreshment including Draught of Peace, Babbling Beverage, Elixir to Induce Euphoria and Fire Protection Potion. When guests add these magical elixirs to Gillywater, their drink will transform and they will experience surprises of flavor.
