Ensemble Travel Group Owners Meeting to Focus on Future of Consortium

Ensemble Travel Group will hold its first member meeting since finalizing its acquisition by Navigatr group in June 2022. Aptly named “Horizons,” the meeting at Eden Roc and Nobu Miami Beach (sponsors of the meeting) from October 20-23 is aimed primarily at owners and managers and is focused on the future for the consortium and its members.

The agenda, Ensemble says, will focus on sessions and speakers to help support members as they fully restart their businesses as the demand for travel skyrockets.

“Reflective of its name, the theme of this meeting is all about the future and how Ensemble will assist our members and supplier partners to drive tangibly greater sales and income as we leverage critical mass to grow our businesses together,” said Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble Travel Group. “When we announced the acquisition of Ensemble in May 2022, we stated that we were committed to building the consortium of the future—one that views members as true business partners and is focused on improving their profitability. Now, we are going to lay out our plan and strategy for doing just that.”

Among the topics that will be covered during the meeting there will be another introduction and reinforcement of the power and profitability of ADX (short for Agent Digital Experience). This proprietary technology platform allows advisors to not only book all aspects of a client's trip but also invoice in the same platform for “maximum efficiency and enhanced commissions.” There will also be networking opportunities with key partners, including Royal Caribbean International, Delta Air Lines, Holland America Line, Silversea Cruises, Collette Tours, Delta Vacations, Globus and more than 30 others.

The keynote speaker will be Kara Goldin, entrepreneur and founder of Hint, one of the largest privately held non-alcoholic beverage companies in the U.S. (it’s known for its unsweetened flavored water). Goldin will share her story and lessons learned in founding and scaling her company to over $200 million in sales; how developing a new product and category in even the most crowded and competitive industry isn’t impossible; and how the key to getting through challenging and changing times is not staying complacent.

The three-day meeting will culminate in a Gala Awards Dinner that will celebrate the achievements of members who showed resilience and perseverance over the past year and throughout the pandemic.
