KHM Travel Group has increased its marketing support and resources for travel advisors. From online training courses to in-person sessions and one-on-one coaching, the host agency is making marketing education a priority. Its in-house marketing team includes experts in social media, videography, photography, writing, graphic design and sales.
In October, KHM Travel Group hosted two marketing-focused Seminars at Sea. The first was onboard Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas and included a session for new travel advisors about gathering quality content to promote cruising. Experienced advisors onboard learned from another presentation about marketing group cruises which summarized important marketing tasks before, during, and after the cruise. This Seminar at Sea was offered as an extension of learning for those who had attended KHM Travel Group’s Boot Camps and Group Camp events.
The second Seminar at Sea was hosted in partnership with Carnival Cruise Line onboard Carnival Mardi Gras and focused on social media marketing. Much like the first Seminar at Sea, attendees learned through presentations, fun activities and one-on-one time with members of KHM Travel Group’s marketing team.
KHM Travel Group has also introduced personalized marketing appointments to its popular coaching program. Topics include Facebook (Meta) Business Pages for Beginners and Building a Marketing Plan & Best Practices. Requirements for scheduling a coaching call with the team include completing the “Destination: Marketing” online courses. These online courses were recently enhanced with new sessions on Facebook and Instagram, Meta Business Suite, YouTube, TikTok and Marketing Beyond the Screen.
