Trevello World Holdings Acquires Gifted Travel Network

Trevello World Holdings, the parent company of Trevello Canada, a host agency in Canada, has announced its acquisition of U.S. host agency Gifted Travel Network (GTN). This partnership marks the first step in Trevello’s strategic plan to expand beyond Canada and establish a foothold in the U.S. market.

“This is a pivotal moment for Trevello as we bring our proven expertise and commitment to advisor success into the world’s largest travel market,” said Morris Chia, founder and CEO of Trevello World Holdings. “GTN’s stellar reputation in the luxury sector and dedication to fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial community make them the perfect partner to help accelerate our growth strategy.”

The acquisition of GTN immediately establishes Trevello’s presence in the U.S. market. GTN will continue to operate under its brand as a division of Trevello World Holdings, maintaining its focus on luxury travel while benefiting from Trevello’s broader market expertise and supplier relations.

“GTN’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence align seamlessly with Trevello’s vision for empowering advisors and delivering exceptional travel experiences,” added Jen Cochrane, co-founder and CEO of GTN. “This collaboration strengthens the foundations we’ve each built, and together, we’ll continue driving forward as a transformative force in the future of the travel industry.”

Chia will oversee Trevello’s expansion into the U.S. market, supported by Trevello World Holding’s co-founder and COO Zeina Gedeon, who currently leads operations for Trevello Canada. GTN’s Cochrane will remain as CEO, ensuring continuity and a seamless integration while preserving GTN's leadership. Additionally, through this acquisition, former owners Cochrane and Meredith Calloway become shareholders in Trevello World Holdings.

Empowering luxury travel advisors through professional development programs, entrepreneurial support, and a strong emphasis on community is the hallmark of GTN. With this acquisition, Trevello and GTN will be able to expand their offerings to advisors bolstering their success.
