TRUE Ramps Up Training and Development Programs

CCRA Travel Commerce Network has officially launched TRUE’s suite of new and enhanced training and development programs. These initiatives are designed to propel the success and growth of TRUE member travel agencies and advisors.

Training and development initiatives now offered by TRUE include:

  • Office Hours” series – CCRA has introduced an “Office Hours” series, conducted in an open forum format over lunchtime by the TRUE Member Services Team. This live and interactive session allows advisors to get real-time answers and advice on any topic related to their travel business.
  • One-to-one professional consultation – TRUE Accreditation now offers private consultations with the Member Services team, providing personalized guidance to travel advisors. The consultations are scheduled through a link on the CCRA website, ensuring accessibility and support tailored to individual needs.
  • Monthly educational webinars – CCRA enriches its training portfolio with monthly webinars featuring trending topics and insights into new technology and marketing “how-tos.” These educational sessions empower travel advisors with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
  • Monthly supplier training webinars: TRUE members gain exclusive access to travel suppliers through monthly webinars. These sessions enhance product knowledge and foster valuable partnerships, ensuring advisors can provide clients with top-notch travel experiences.
  • Enhanced PowerSolutions LIVE events: CCRA’s flagship events, PowerSolutions LIVE, have been enhanced with focused themes and expanded opportunities. The recent event held in Puerto Rico in August was the first of its kind outside the continental U.S. The program’s success, including a FAM trip for travel advisors, has sparked plans for more live events with similar opportunities in the future.

Margie Jordan, CCRA’s vice president of membership services, said “As the only industry accreditation developed and managed by travel advisors and experienced travel industry executives—not airlines, cruise lines, or companies with other interests—TRUE is all about making travel agencies successful and supporting members as they scale and grow their travel business.”
