Vacation exchange company RCl has signed World Travel Holdings (WTH), the parent company of Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., as its private-label cruise partner. The move means that WTH agents will begin booking cruises online and directly for millions of RCl’s members through RCl Cruise.
Through this partnership, RCI members have access to World Travel Holdings’ exclusive offers and pricing on every major cruise line. Members also receive RCI Cruise Club exclusive offers, available on every sailing and stateroom category, WTH said.
In a written statement RCl Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Growth and Development Fiona Downing said that cruise travel has always been popular with the company’s members, and that the new partnership would allow the company to offer them more options.
Jennifer Gasser, senior vice president of the partner brands division at WTH, said that the new partnership would allow WTH to deliver enhanced travel options to members planning cruise vacations. The private-label program allows the company to partner closely with RCl to create a cruise club that meets its members’ needs.
RCl is a vacation exchange company with a portfolio of brands that includes Love Home Swap, a home exchange program; DAE; a direct-to-member exchange company; and @Work International, a leading provider of property management systems. RCl is part of Wyndham Destinations.
WTH has been creating and managing licensed private-label travel programs for top travel providers, including almost every U.S. airline, leading hotel brands and prominent corporations, for more than 20 years.
