Carnival Cruise Line Unveils Military Appreciation Specials for Veterans Day

In honor of Veterans Day, Carnival Cruise Line has unveiled a military appreciation program that features monthly cruise giveaways for military families who attend one of Carnival’s new military appreciation events held aboard each voyage. Additionally, a special booking incentive in November provides special discounts for military personnel that can be combined with the line’s Early Saver rates.

The military appreciation events, beginning this November, will offer military families free three- to eight-day voyages from any U.S. port to the Bahamas, Caribbean, or Mexico. One drawing per month will be held from all entries received fleetwide, with monthly winners to be announced on the Facebook page of Carnival’s cruise director and brand ambassador, John Heald. The appreciation events will also include a video tribute honoring the Armed Forces narrated by Carnival President Christine Duffy.

A booking promotion for active and retired military personnel running from Nov.3-14, 2017, provides a $50 onboard credit per cabin plus a two-category upgrade and reduced deposits from $99 per person, which can be combined with the Early Saver rates. Guests who qualify for the promotion can also book up to two additional staterooms with the same bonuses and pricing.

Carnival Cruise Line, part of Carnival Corporation & plc, operates a 25-ship fleet that sail three- to 16-day voyages to The Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, New England, Bermuda, Europe, Cuba, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. The leading cruise line will expand in the near future with Two Vista-class ships currently scheduled for delivery- Carnival Horizon in 2018 and an unnamed vessel in 2019.
