Meet Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ New VP of Field Sales

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced the promotion of Carol Herron to vice president of field sales. In her new role, Herron will help drive the cruise line’s sales strategy with a team of sales and marketing directors who work with travel advisors to grow their businesses.

Herron is a native New Yorker and has been with the luxury cruise line for 15 years. She was recently recognized by readers of Travel Agent among the industry’s Top Supplier Sales Representatives. Before her time at Regent, she worked with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is in its 25th year and currently has four-ship fleet that travels to more than 425 destinations around the world. The ships are currently undergoing a $125 million fleet wide refurbishment to match the luxury on Seven Seas Explorer, the company’s newest ship that debuted July 2016. 

Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ fares include all-suite accommodations, round-trip domestic air and business-class air for intercontinental flights from the U.S. and Canada, highly personalized service, dining, fine wines and spirits, unlimited internet access, sightseeing excursions in every port, gratuities, ground transfers and a pre-cruise hotel package for guests staying in concierge-level suites and higher. 

The company recently announced its new 2019-20 voyages season, with 118 new sailings, departing from March 2019 through June 2020 aboard four luxury cruise ships: Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Navigator.
