Oceania Announces Asia Voyages Aboard Restyled Riviera

Oceania Cruises has announced that the newly restyled Riviera will sail in Asia for the first time due to increased guest demand this 2023/24 season. The 1,238-passenger ship will chart its inaugural season in the region, sailing through Arabia, India, Myanmar, Vietnam, China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the Philippines.

The new season brings 25 voyages ranging from 10 to 82 days. Additionally, Regatta and Nautica will expand the line’s offerings in the South Pacific, with more opportunities to explore New Zealand, Australia and French Polynesia. The sailings have nearly doubled the seasonal availability with 121 itineraries available for bookings across Riviera, Regatta, Insignia and Nautica.

Riviera’s rejuvenation encompassed all staterooms and suites. Highlights of the project include:

  • Concierge Level Veranda Staterooms and Veranda Staterooms are the largest standard staterooms at 291 square feet; the stateroom bathrooms were also restyled
  • Public spaces have all been elevated with plush new carpets and leather-covered armchairs
  • All the lounges, bars and dining venues have been revamped
  • A new trattoria for alfresco dining serves wood-fired pizzas, grilled Italian specialties, salads and desserts every evening

Riviera will sail 25 voyages, ranging from 10 to 82 days, offering experiences in ports such as Cochin, Yangon, Busan, Phuket and Bangkok.
