Royal Caribbean to Launch Spa Cabins, Upgraded Group Bookings

Royal Caribbean has announced plans for new spa staterooms and a new feature that will make it easier for travel advisors to booking connecting staterooms.

The cruise line said it will offer the new spa staterooms on its Radiance-, Voyager-, Freedom-, Oasis-, Quantum- and Quantum Ultra-class ships. Designed for guests looking to relax, unwind and recharge, the staterooms will offer a number of special amenities, such as priority spa reservations and 50 percent off one spa treatment per stateroom. Guests will also be able to take advantage of daily coffee or tea delivery, and each stateroom will have a Bluetooth speaker and calming bedding, bath products and décor. Spa stateroom bathrooms will have a jetted showerhead and, on each stateroom’s oceanview balcony, there will be cushioned furniture.

The new spa staterooms will be open for booking on October 2019 with the opening of bookings for Royal Caribbean’s 2021 – 2022 deployment.

Royal Caribbean is also making booking connecting staterooms easier for all Vision-, Radiance-, Voyager-, Freedom-, Oasis-, Quantum- and Quantum Ultra-class ships and above. Starting now, travel partners will have deck plan identifiers with specific details of each room to better serve their customers looking to book a cruise, the cruise line said. Additionally, guests traveling in larger groups can request connecting rooms for select balcony, promenade, oceanview and interior staterooms.
