Scenic Takes Delivery of New Scenic Eclipse

Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours took delivery of the first ship in its new Discovery Yacht series, the Scenic Eclipse, on July 26 from the Uljanik Shipyard.

Scenic Eclipse left the shipyard at 8:00PM on Saturday, July 27 for Valletta. Once registered there, the vessel will call at a few destinations prior to arriving in Reykjavik, Iceland, where it will begin its first scheduled cruise. The inaugural voyage is a 13-day discovery sailing via Greenland and Eastern Canada before arriving in Quebec on August 27. Once completed, it will land in New York City for its Christening by Godmother Helen Mirren.
