Blue Parallel Launches Polar Journeys Brand

Blue Parallel has announced the launch of Blue Parallel Polar, offering a range of experiences in Iceland, Norway, Swedish Lapland and Antarctica. Given the extreme privacy and luxurious nature of activities and accommodations, availability is limited, so reservations are recommended in advance and can be made now for the 2022-2023 season.

All journeys are custom-designed and include insider access. For instance, the new offerings can include 12 days by luxury private yacht to the Polar Circle and a night spent camping under the midnight sun on the Antarctic mainland; a snorkeling or scuba diving excursion in Iceland’s Silfra fissure (a rift formed between the tectonic plates of North America and Eurasia) and insider exploration of the Westman Islands. In the Viking spirit of Norway, Blue Parallel travelers can have a "once-in-a-lifetime" private rib boat safari experience to Runde Bird Island, besides hiking and biking along Geirangerfjord, a 12-mile-long fjord and UNESCO World Heritage Site, and staying at a remote lighthouse on a private island in the middle of the ocean.

Lapland offerings include gourmet dinners in the wilderness, an insider tour of the iconic Icehotel and private, guided dog sledding across the winter landscape with one of Sweden’s most illustrious mushers. Reservations can be made via [email protected].

Blue Parallel was founded by Emmanuel Burgio in 2003, with a mission to take travelers to the natural and cultural sites of Latin America, the Mediterranean and the Polar Regions, creating private, custom-made journeys designed around the themes of World Heritage destinations, outdoor adventures, gourmet regional cuisine, exclusive lodging and insider access.
