The resort will also feature many of the Margaritaville brand’s signature restaurants and bars including a LandShark Beach Club with a 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, a beachside LandShark Bar & Grill, a Coconut Telegraph Coffee Shop along the bridge over Estero Blvd. and a JWB Bar and Grill with panoramic views of the Gulf.

On the bay side of Estero Blvd. Margaritaville Resort will build a 22,000-square foot License to Chill Terrace, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Gulf. The Terrace will also have a Live Life Like a Song store, where visitors can purchase signature Margaritaville brand products.
