TPI Hospitality and Margaritaville to Partner on Florida Resort

TPI Hospitality and Margaritaville Holdings have announced that they will develop a new 254-room Margaritaville Resort in the Times Square district of Fort Myers Beach. Located along the beachfront, with many of the buildings on the bay side of Estero Blvd., guests will have direct access to Fort Myers’ white sand beaches.

Each guestroom at the Margaritaville Resort will come with a private balcony, most with views of the Gulf. The resort will also feature many of the Margaritaville brand’s signature restaurants and bars including a LandShark Beach Club with a 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, a beachside LandShark Bar & Grill, a Coconut Telegraph Coffee Shop along the bridge over Estero Blvd. and a JWB Bar and Grill with panoramic views of the Gulf.

On the bay side of Estero Blvd. Margaritaville Resort will build a 22,000-square foot License to Chill Terrace, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Gulf. The Terrace will also have a Live Life Like a Song store, where visitors can purchase signature Margaritaville brand products.

Margaritaville is an international lifestyle brand inspired by the lyrics of singer and songwriter Jimmy Buffet. The company possesses 12 lodging properties, with 20 more projects in development. In addition, Margaritaville owns four gaming locations and over 60 food and beverage establishments. The company also sells clothing, footwear, appliances, decorations, drinks and a new cookbook.
