AMResorts is bringing a Dreams resort to Macao Beach in the Dominican Republic. The Apple Leisure Group (ALG) company just announced a new resort brand management deal with Grupo Santa Maria SA to operate the Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana. The resort will be the eleventh AMResorts-branded property on the island, and Macao Beach will be the fifth destination in the Dominican Republic in the AMResorts collection.

AMResorts says that the beachfront resort will be the only hotel property on Macao Beach, which has been named one of the top beaches in the Caribbean by UNESCO. The beach is near to Punta Cana and next to the Bavaro and Uvero Alto regions.

Once complete, Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana will be comprised of 500 rooms and suites, all with ocean views. Guests looking for a more private experience can choose a unit within the exclusive family villa area, which will have private swimming pools, play areas and more.
