Breezes Bahamas Set to Kick Off Its First Ever Wellness Week

Breezes Resort & Spa - Bahamas has announced it will be hosting its first ever Wellness Week from April 23 to 27.

Breezes Resort & Spa - Bahamas is teaming up with Dr. Rachel Goldman, Crunch Fitness and health and wellness psychologist, to host the five-day event.

The resort will offer a full slate of daily group exercise classes varied in level of difficulty. Featured classes, led by five expert Crunch instructors, and additional licensed fitness gurus, include beach yoga and meditation; Caribbean rhythm dancing; Zumba; aqua aerobics; TRX and Beach Barre.

Between sessions, retreat-goers can attend workshops with Goldman focusing on mindfulness and making healthy life choices, as well as healthy behavior challenges. Additionally, cooking demonstrations will be led by the resort’s Executive Chef Nigel Clarke.

The resort will also feature smoothie stations, chilled eucalyptus towels in the lobby and mini-massages provided by the Blue Mahoe Spa. Upon check-in guests will receive gift bags with surprise wellness treats.

Guest participants can top off each night with a lively beachfront dance party with Silent Disco DJ.

Rates start at $171 per person per night, a 45 percent savings.

Breezes Bahamas sits on a 1,000-foot stretch of Cable Beach in the Bahamas and features three freshwater pools, which include a “Sip & Dip” swim-up bar.

For guests with a taste for adventure, Breezes Bahamas offers a variety of land and water activities from rock wall climbing, tennis and beach volleyball to kayaking and windsurfing.

Guests can also get massages and treatments at the à la carte Blue Mahoe Spa. At night, adults can enjoy a lively piano bar, which stays open until the last person leaves, or they can take their chances at one of the many nearby casinos.

Breezes Bahamas welcomes singles, couples and families with children age 14 and older.
