Casa Adela Opens Outside of San Miguel de Allende

Located only a 15-minute drive away from San Miguel de Allende’s city center, the newly opened Casa Adela offers a unique stay in Mexico’s countryside. The seven-guestroom boutique hotel features citrus orchards, herb gardens, a hot spring-fed pool, a spa and a wide range of experiences for visitors to pick from.

On the Courtyard Level, guests can choose one of the property’s Premium Suites. Looking out on the hotel’s garden and citrus orchard, these rooms include deep soaking tubs and king beds. For those traveling with kids, Casa Adela offers the two-room Family Suite, which comes with two twin beds and one double bed.

Guests can find the more spacious rooms, each stretching over 600 square feet, on the Terrace Level. The Panoramic Suites include deep soaking tubs, fireplaces, sitting areas and mountain views. The hotel’s accommodations culminate with the Honeymoon Suite, which offers everything the Panoramic Suites does, but with 1,000 square feet of space.

Chef Vanessa Nava leads the property’s onsite restaurant Cocina, where guests can expect modern takes on classic Mexican dishes. While staying at the hotel, guests also receive a complimentary breakfast every morning.

Those staying at Casa Adela will have access to the hotel’s complimentary 15-minute shuttle to San Miguel de Allende, where they can explore the city’s streets, museums and gardens. Those looking for more structure can choose from the hotel’s selection of tours, which includes a San Miguel Culinary & Street Art Tour, a Ruins, Pyramids & Churches Architectural Tour, an Artisans of San Miguel Tour and much more. The hotel also offers hot air balloon flights that depart right from the property.
