The pool area is an especially lively scene on Saturday for the hotel’s “Saturday Brunch” offering. The Hilton West Palm Beach offers a floatation menu for Saturday Brunch. After dining on yummy bites, order from the Palm Deck floatation menu and choose from a variety exotic pool floats, including a large purple unicorn or a swan for two. Millennials can also take part in glow-in-the-dark lawn games, including bocce ball, bag toss and cornhole.
Advisors should note that the pool/pool area can be rented out for parties and/or private events.
La Playa beach bar is just steps away, offering local craft beers and cocktails with sliders, tacos and other light bites by chef Miguel Santiago. The hotel offers a poolside brunch with grilled eats from "Christine," the hotel’s larger than life outdoor grill.
The Hilton West Palm Beach, which opened in January of last year, is also a great sport for art lovers as the boutique-like property houses more than 1,300 pieces of art inspired by world destinations including pieces from The Philippines, Congo, Sri Lanka, Europe and Florida.
The hotel partnered with local ambassadors including a music curator Adam Lipson, photographer Chris Leidy, grandson of Lily Pulitzer, Florida-based Rabbit Coffee and local wellness brand Total Movement, for curated classes and food and beverage programs.
Eateries include Galley – serving cocktails, custom bourbon and offering a fireside lounge setting juxtaposed with rustic nautical accents; Manor, the signature restaurant highlighting Florida food and locally-inspired art; and Provisions market which offers local nitrogen coffee, fresh pressed juices and locally sourced treats.
