The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to Open Food Hall on August 31

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas announced the August 31 opening of Block 16 Urban Food Hall. The made-to-order, fast-casual concept includes a lineup of restaurants handpicked from foodie capitals across the United States.

Located on the second level of the Boulevard Tower, Block 16 Urban Food Hall introduces seveal distinct culinary creations. Restaurant concepts include the popular New Orleans restaurant, District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew.; Nashville’s hot Southern chicken joint Hattie B’s Hot Chicken; Lardo, Portland chef Rick Gencarelli’s sandwich eatery; James Beard Award-winning Chef Andy Ricker’s Pok Pok Wing from Portland; and Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake, an original Japanese handroll and sake concept from Las Vegas restaurateur, Takashi Segawa

Ghost Donkey, a tequila and mezcal cocktail bar from New York City will complete the collection in early Fall 2018.

Hattie B’s Hot Chicken:

  • Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.

Tekka Bar:                                           

  • Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.

Lardo:                                      

  • Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.

Pok Pok Wing:                                     

  • Sunday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Friday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.

The design of Block 16 Urban Food Hall was envisioned by the branding and design firm, AvroKO, in partnership with Marnell Companies. Corrugated metal and polished concrete framed by steel transform the venue into a contemporary street food market. The culinary scene showcases art including a graffiti wall art collage as well as neon décor accents. 

Additionally, Block 16 Urban Food Hall’s industrial design includes a variety of seating styles from booths, high tops, and chef-facing countertops to accommodate guests.
